MANFAAT ALOE VERA TERHADAP PENYEMBUHAN LUKA BAKAR DERAJAT II: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Luka bakar menjadi masalah lokal hingga global karena kasusnya terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga perlu dilakukan penanganan luka dengan baik untuk mencegah terjadinya kematian. Banyak studi pada hewan yang melaporkan manfaat pengobatan herbal dalam penyembuhan luka bakar, salah satunya adalah aloe vera. Studi systematic review ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan efek aloe vera terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar. Database yang digunakan yaitu Pubmed, Scopus, Ebsco, Science Direct, dan Proquest untuk mencari literatur yang relevan selama tahun 2015-2025 dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang telah disusun. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan total 841 literatur, yang hingga pada fase akhir seleksi didapatkan 3 literatur yang diputuskan untuk dilakukan review karena memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil studi ini didaptkan bahwa penggunaan aloe vera efektif dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka bakar, mempersingkat lama rawat, serta dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri dan gatal pada luka.
