Enterprise Architecture Design for the NCL Madiun Vocational Education Institution Using the TOGAF ADM Framework

Digital transformation in vocational education institutions requires an enterprise architecture that aligns business processes with information technology. NCL Madiun, a vocational institution specializing in hospitality and culinary education, still faces several challenges, including the lack of integrated information systems across divisions, manual marketing processes, data duplication, and inadequate data security management. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework to support the organization's digital transformation. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. SWOT, Value Chain, and GAP analyses were conducted to design the business, data, application, and technology architectures. The results indicate that the proposed Enterprise Architecture successfully identifies the need for integrated business processes, data management, applications, and technology infrastructure. The proposed architecture includes the development of a Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Student Admission Information System, Academic Information System, Financial Information System, Internship Management Module, Job Placement Database, Alumni Database, as well as improvements in data integration and security. The resulting enterprise architecture blueprint is expected to serve as a guideline for implementing digital transformation, improving business process efficiency, service quality, and organizational decision-making at NCL Madiun.
