Evaluasi Efektivitas Bootcamp Full Stack Development Bermuatan Cybersecurity terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa TI

Kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di bidang teknologi informasi menjadi tantangan serius di era transformasi digital, mengingat kesenjangan antara kompetensi perkuliahan konvensional dengan tuntutan industri yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas metode bootcamp full stack development bermuatan cybersecurity dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja mahasiswa TI. Penelitian menggunakan desain evaluatif dengan pendekatan mixed methods. Subjek penelitian adalah 34 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Madiun yang mengikuti Bootcamp Full Stack Web & Mobile App Development yang diselenggarakan oleh HMTI. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test kompetensi teknis, kuesioner kesiapan kerja skala Likert, lembar observasi, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dan N-Gain score; data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi teknis (N-Gain = 0,67; kategori sedang), peningkatan pemahaman keamanan API dan secure coding, serta rata-rata kesiapan kerja 3,83 dari 5,00 (kategori baik). Muatan cybersecurity yang diintegrasikan ke setiap modul praktik terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap kesadaran keamanan siber peserta. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode bootcamp hands-on bermuatan cybersecurity efektif membentuk kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dan layak diimplementasikan sebagai pelengkap perkuliahan reguler di program studi teknologi informasi.
