Abstract

ABSTRAK

 Sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan di RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro sudah dilakukan secara komputerisasi, namun kurangnya informasi yang luas mengenai poliklinik, persyaratan pelayanan kesehatan atau jaminan kesehatan, jadwal dokter dan rata-rata pasien yang berobat berasal dari luar daerah, merupakan kendala yang mempengaruhi kinerja petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Membuat sistem informasi pendaftaran rawat jalan berbasis website di RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen yang dapat mempermudah pasien dalam mendaftar dan memperoleh informasi kapan saja dan dimana saja yang dapat diakses melalui internet.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan cara survei .Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Sistem ini dibutuhkan tabel yang meliputi tabel pasien, tabel poliklinik, tabel dokter, tabel cara pembayaran, tabel jadwal pelayanan, tabel pendaftaran dan akan menghasilkan output berupa laporan atau informasi mengenai laporan data pasien, laporan data poliklinik, laporan data dokter, laporan data cara pembayaran, laporan jadwal pelayanan, laporan kunjungan pasien per poliklinik, laporan kunjungan pasien per dokter, laporan kunjungan pasien per cara pembayaran, laporan kunjungan pasien baru, laporan kunjungan pasien lama, laporan pendaftaran pasien offline per periode, laporan pendaftaran pasien online per periode, KIB, bukti pendaftaran online.

             Outpatient Registration System At Rsud Dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Has Been Computerized, But The Lack Of Extensive Information About The Polyclinic, Health Service Requirements Or Health Insurance, Doctor's Schedule And The Average Number Of Patients Seeking Treatment From Outside The Region Is An Obstacle That Affects The Performance Of Outpatient Registration Officers.

             The Purpose Of This Study Is To Make A Website-Based Outpatient Registration Information System In Rsud Dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Which Can Facilitate Patients In Registering And Obtaining Information Anytime And Anywhere That Can Be Accessed Via The Internet. The Research Method Used Was Descriptive By Means Of A Survey. Research Instruments Used Were Observation And Interviews With A Cross Sectional Approach. This System Requires Tables That Include Patient Tables, Polyclinic Tables, Doctor Tables, Payment Method Tables, Service Schedule Tables, Registration Tables And Will Produce Output In The Form Of Reports Or Information On Patient Data Reports, Polyclinic Data Reports, Physician Data Reports, Payment Method Data Report, Service Schedule Reports, Patient Visit Reports Per Polyclinic, Patient Visit Reports Per Doctor, Patient Visit Reports Per Payment Method, New Patient Visit Reports, Old Patient Visit Reports, Offline Patient Registration Reports Per Period, Online Patient Registration Reports Per Period, Kib, Proof Of Online Registration.
