TREND PENGGUNAAN TEMPAT TIDUR MENURUT KELAS DI RSUD TUGUREJO SEMARANGTAHUN 2013 - 2017

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Seiring dengan kebijakan pelayanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) menyebabkan terjadinya fluktuasikunjungan pasien rawat inap.Dampak dari pelayanan JKN bagi rumah sakit adalah permintaan tempat tidur yang berbeda tiap kelas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung trenddan menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur tiap kelas di RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif study. Observasi yang dilakukan pada data yang bersumber dari  rekapitulasi sensus harian rawat inap dalam kurun waktu lima tahun di RSUD Tugurejo Tahun 2013 2017.  Analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil (Least Squares Methods).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa trend BOR kelas II dan III menurun , sedangkan trend BOR kelas I dan VIP meningkat, trend LOS tiap kelas menurun dari tahun 2013 2017, trend TOI kelas I dan VIP menurun  sedangkan trend TOI kelas II dan III meningkat, trend BTO kelas I, II, dan VIP meningkat sedangkan trend BTO kelas III menurun dari tahun 2013 2017.  Berdasarkan hasil penggambaran trend dengan Grafik Barber Johnson dapat dianalisis bahwa penggunaan tempat tidur RSUD Tugurejo Semarang Tahun 2013 2017 sudah efisien, namun diprediksi kelas I dan VIP kedepannya akan semakin efisien sedangkan kelas II dan III akan semakin tidak efisien karena permintaan tempat tidur semakin berkurang. Sehingga diperlukan manajemen relokasi tempat tidur dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan untuk kelas II dan III.

ABSTRACT

 Along with the National Health Insurance (JKN) service policy, it causes fluctuations in inpatient visits. The impact of JKN services for hospitals is the demand for different beds per class. The purpose of this study was to calculate trends and analyze the efficiency of the use of beds in each class in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. This research is descriptive type with a retrospective approach study. Observations made on data sourced from recapitulation of inpatient daily census within a period of five years in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang in 2013 - 2017. Data analysis using the Least Squares Methods. The results showed that the trend of BOR class II and III decreased, while the trend of BOR class I and VIP increased, the LOS trend of each class decreased in 2013 - 2017, the TOI class I and VIP trends declined while the TOI class II and III trends increased, the BTO trend Class I, II, and VIP increased while the class III BTO trend declined in 2013 - 2017. Based on the results of the trend description with Barber Johnson Graph, it can be analyzed that the use of the 2013 - 2017 Hospital Tugurejo Hospital Hospital bed was efficient, but predicted class I and VIP going forward it will be more efficient while classes II and III will be increasingly inefficient because demand for beds decreases. So that management of bed relocation is needed and the quality of service is improved for class II and III.
