PENGUATAN KINERJA PENGAWAI REKAM MEDIS MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

ABSTRAK
Penerapan claim secara elektronik diterapkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Kesiapan rumah sakit dalam mengapresiasi adanya e-claim berdasar kondisi masing-masing. Apresiasi terhadap penerapan verifikasi di kantor BPJSK yang dimulai tahun 2016 berkaitan dengan perilaku dalam organisasi lembaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel self- efficacy dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pengawai di bagian instalasi rekam medis RSDM dengan variabel intervening komitmen organisasi. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan secara survai melalui penyeraban angket pada pengawai rekam medis. Dari 84 angket yang disebar diperoleh sebanyak 80 data yang memenuhi syarat, sedang 4 data lain tidak lengkap. Data dianalisis melalui uji instrument, uji t, uji secara bersama, koefisien determinasi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) self- efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian instalsi rekam medis RSDM.2) motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian instalasi rekam medis RSDM, 3) Variabel self- efficacy, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian instalasi rekam medis RSDM. Nilai R2 tot = 0,669 mempunyai arti bahwa variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan dari variabilitas pengaruh self- efficacy, motivasi sebesar 66,9% dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, sisanya 33,1% dapat dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini

ABSTRACT
Applying of electronic claim in Indonesian at year 2020. The Hospitals in apreciated electronic claimaccording to behavior of organization conditon. Aims in this research for knows direct and indirect effect from self efficacy and motivation variable on employee performance in medical record instalation of RSDM with commitment organization as an intervening variable. Data obtained 80 responder used in this research from 84 questionare in the collected of data. because 4 data incomplete for analized. Analyzed for data research with test of instrument, partial test (t-test), simultaneously test (F-test), total value of determination (R square total) and path analysis. Result in this research show 1) self- efficacy had an effect positive and significance to commitment organization; and 2) motivation had an effect positive and significance to commitment organization 3) self efficacy, motivation and commitment organization variables had an effect on positive and significance toemployee performance in medical record instalation RSDM. The simultaneously test show independent variable self- efficacy, motivation through commitment organization had a positive significant on employee performance in medical record instalation of RSDM. Value of total determination equalto 0,669% its meaning that employee performance in medical record instalation explained self efficacy, motivation on performance through commitment organization equal 66,9%.The rest equal to 33,1% explained a other dissimilar factors outside in this model.
