PERANCANGAN ULANG TATA KELOLA RUANG FILLING BERDASARKAN ILMU ERGONOMI DI PUSKESMAS BANJAREJO KOTA MADIUN

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengelolaan penyimpanan file rekam medis di Puskesmas Banjarejo masih belum aman dan memudahkan petugas rekam medis dalam bekerja. Studi pendahuluanmelalui wawancara terhadap petugas kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Banjarejo, didapatkan informasi bahwa ruang filing tidak memiliki ventilasi yang cukup untuk pertukaran udara sehingga terkadang petugas merasakan pengap ketika berada di ruang filing.

 Metode Desain: Tema yang digunakan dalam desain ini adalah desain pengarsipan ilmu ruang interior yang terkait dengan ergonomi yang baik dan benar. Gagasan mendesain ulang desain interior ruang agar sesuai dengan ilmu ergomoni flling, agar tercipta ruang filing yang sehat, aman, dan nyaman bagi pengguna. Tahap desain terdiri dari: 1) identifikasi, 2) Pra-desain, dan 3) desain.

Hasil: Fase Pra Desain: Ruang penyimpanan pada file rekam medis aktif di Puskesmas Banjarejo berukuran panjang 4 m x lebar 2,8 m, dan ukuran rak dokumen yang telah tersedia dengan ukuran panjang 3 m x lebar  0,4 m x tinggi 1,3 m di tata dengan jarak antar rak sebesar 80 cm. Penerangan dengan lampu di atas tempat petugas dapat mengakses dokumen dan pemasangan 2 buah exhause di dinding ruang penyimpanan dilengkapi dengan penyediaan 1 meja dan kursi petugas filling untuk menaruh dokumen rekam medis yang telah di ambil . Fase desain terdiri dari: 1) Hitung jumlah kebutuhan rak dokumen rekam medis, diperlukan 3 rak. 2) Menentukan rak yang sesuai yang dihasilkan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi rak terbuka dengan spesifikasi 1.  Rak penyimpanan berbahan besi sebanyak 3 Rak dengan ukuran panjang 3m x lebar 0,4m x tinggi 1,3mdengan kondisi terbuka di salah satu sisi. (bagian belakang dan kanan kiri tertutup rapat).

ABSTRACT

Background of the study: the management of medical record filing cabinet in Banjarejo Medical Center Community (Puskesmas) was not safe and organized well. These two things made the medical record staff find difficulties in their duty. In the preliminary study through interviews with health workers at Puskesmas Banjarejo, it was known that the filing room did not have adequate ventilation and it caused a stuffy and uncomfortable room.

Design Method: the design used in this research is ergonomics interior archiving design. The purpose of ??redesigning the room is to create a filing room that is healthy, safe, and comfortable for the medical record officers, based on the ergonomics science. The design phase of redesigning the room consists of three phases, those are: 1) identification, 2) Pre-design, and 3) design.

Results of the study: Pre-Design phase: filing space to active medical record files in Puskesmas Banjarejo is about 4 m x 2.8 m in size. The document cabinet that is available there is 3 m x 0,4 m x 1,3 m in size  with a shelf distance of 80 cm. Lighting is gotten from lamp that is placed  above the place where the officers may access documents. It is also helped by the installation of 2 pieces exhaust that are palced on the the wall. The filing room is equipped by 1 desk and chairs to filling officers. The design phases consist of: 1) Calculating the required amount of the document medical records cabinet, it is known that there is 3 cabinet are required. 2) Determining the appropriate cabinet based on the ergonomics open shelf principles. The specification is 3 iron storage cabinet by the size of 3m in length x  0.4m in width x 1.3m in high with one side opened condition (the back, right and left side are tightly closed).
