ANALISIS TINGKAT PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP TEKNOLOGI SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS DI PKU MUHAMMADIYAH KARANGANYAR

 Kehadiran sistem informasi rekam medis di PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar telah membawa banyak pengaruh bagi pelayanan. Seiring penerapan sistem informasi rekam medis perlu dilakukan penilaian apakah sistem sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan sudah dapat diterima oleh penggunanya dalam hal ini petugas rekam medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat  penerimaan pengguna sistem terhadap teknologi sistem informasi rekam medis yang diterapkan di rumah sakit. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk menilai persepsi pengguna dari sisi kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan sistem. Data primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 17 orang petugas rekam medis selaku pengguna sistem rekam medis untuk mendapatkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengukuran rata-rata tingkat penerimaan berdasarkan persepsi kebermanfaatan yaitu 3,48 yang ditafsirkan bahwa sistem memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna, sedangkan rata rata tingkat penerimaan sistem berdasarkan persepsi pengguna 3,29 yang ditafsirkan bahwa sistem mudah dalam pengoperasian.

ABSTRACT

             The presence of a medical record information system at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar has brought a lot of influence to the service. Along with the application of the medical record information system, it is necessary to evaluate whether the system has been running as it should and has been accepted by its users in this case the medical record officer. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of user acceptance of the system to the medical record information system technology applied in the hospital. The analytical method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model to assess user perceptions in terms of system usefulness and convenience. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 17 medical records officers as users of the medical record system to obtain the level of user acceptance of technology. The results showed that the measurement of the average level of acceptance based on perceptions of usefulness is 3.48 which is interpreted that the system provides benefits to users, while the average level of acceptance of the system is based on user perceptions 3.29 which is interpreted that the system is easy to operate.
