PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN BERBASIS WEB DI KLINIK PRATAMA PATALAN

Abstract

Aplikasi epi info digunakan oleh petugas pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Pratama Patalan, Jetis, Bantul, sejak tahun 2007 dalam mengelola sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi tersebut sulit melakukan kontrol, karena isi dari sistem tersebut tidak dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Isi dari sistem informasi tersebut hanya berupa identitas sosial milik pasien saja, dan belum memiliki sistem keamanan (hak akses pengguna). Sistem yang digunakan belum dapat membantu petugas dalam mengelola laporan, sehingga berpengaruh pada kecepatan pelayanan dan kurang maksimal dalam menghasilkan informasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web. Metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil sistem berupa rancangan menu pendaftaran pasien lama, pasien baru, dan rekapitulasi kunjungan pasien yang dapat membantu petugas melakukan pendaftaran. Data yang dimasukkan pada pendaftaran di sistem informasi ini meliputi nomor rekam medis, Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), nama, tanggal lahir, jenis kelamin, alamat, pendidikan, pekerjaan, agama, nomor telepon, dan status. Petugas pendaftaran (user) hanya dapat input data pasien, mendaftar, dan mengelola rekapitulasi kunjungan pasien, sedangkan kepala bagian rekam medis (admin) diberikan hak akses seluruhnya, termasuk menambah user, mengubah username dan password, menambah daftar dokter, dan memiliki kewenangan melaporkan data dari sistem informasi kepada pimpinan klinik. Kesimpulan,berdasarkan hasil analisis, perancangan, dan implementasinya, sistem ini sangat membantu, mempermudah petugas mencari data pasien, dan membuat laporan rekapitulasi kunjungan pasien.

ABSTRACT

The epi info application was used by outpatient registration officers at Klinik Pratama Patalan, Jetis, Bantul, since 2007 in managing the outpatient registration system. The information system was difficult to control, because the contents of the system cannot provide the information needed. The content of the information system was only a patient's social identity, and does not have a security system (user access rights). The system used has not been able to assist officers in managing reports, so that it affects the speed of service and is not maximal in producing information. The research objective was to design a web-based outpatient registration information system. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the system were in the form of an old patient registration menu design, new patients, and recapitulation of patient visits that can help officers register. Data entered on registration in this information system includes medical record numbers, National Identification Number (NIK), name, date of birth, gender, address, education, occupation, religion, telephone number, and status. The registration officer (user) can only input patient data, register, and manage patient visit recapitulation, while the head of the medical record (admin) was given full access rights, including adding users, changing username and password, adding a list of doctors, and having the authority to report data from information systems to clinic leaders. Conclusion, based on the results of the analysis, design, and implementation, this system is very helpful, making it easier for officers to find patient data, and make a report on recapitulation of patient visits.
