Pengaruh Musik Terhadap Nyeri dan Status Hemodinamik Pasien Setelah Operasi Jantung

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efek mendengarkan pilihan musik terhadap
status hemodinamik pada pasien yang telah menjalani operasi jantung. Desain studi ini quasi
eksperimen. Pasien dipilih melalui pengambilan sampel kenyamanan di Unit Perawatan Intensive
Bedah Kardiovaskular di rumah sakit Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan total
30 pasien yang menjalani operasi jantung: 15 grup musik, 15 di kelompok kontrol, usia antara 18
dan 78 tahun. Melalui desain pretest-posttest, data hari pertama pasca operasi dikumpulkan.
Pertama, parameter fisiologis (tekanan darah, detak jantung, saturasi oksigen, dan laju
pernapasan) dicatat dan skala intensitas nyeri verbal unidi- mensional diterapkan pada semua
peserta. Kemudian, kelompok kontrol beristirahat di tempat tidur mereka sementara grup musik
itu bertahan dengan pilihan musik selama 30 menit. Data fisiologis kemudian dikumpulkan dan
skala intensitas diterapkan nyeri sekali lagi. Dalam kelompok musik, ada peningkatan yang
signifikan secara statistik dalam saturasi oksigen (p=0.001) dan skor nyeri yang lebih rendah
(p=0.001) daripada kelompok pada kontrol. Tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompok-kelompok
dalam parameter fisiologis lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan evidence dalam pemberian
terapi musik. Musik mungkin merupakan metode yang sederhana, aman, dan efektif untuk
menurunkan respon fisiologis yang berpotensi berbahaya yang timbul dari rasa sakit pada pasien
setelah operasi jantung.
