Abstract

The study aims to examination effect of task technology fit, openness, social influence mediated by perceived usefulness, knowledge sharing and satisfaction to form the intention of using online learning site. Based on phenomenon occurs is still low Digimed.id site users for physicians online learning. The study using a survey method with distribute a quettionaires to collect data. Sampling technique use purposive sampling with 120 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses SEM with the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses have significant effects except H7 and H9. These results indicate that the intention to use online learning through the Digimed.id website in the relationship of openness to share knowledge and social influence by sharing knowledge still lack in application.
