EFISIENSI PENGELOLAAN TEMPAT TIDUR RAWAT INAP PER BULAN BERDASARKAN INDIKATOR BARBER JOHNSON DI RSUI YAKSSI GEMOLONG SRAGEN 2017

Rumah sakit merupakan tempat pemberi pelayanan kesehatan yang harus memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien kepada pasien. Perhitungan efisiensi pengelolaan tempat tidur rawat inap berdasarkan grafik Barber Johnson terdiri atas empat parameter, yaitu BOR, LOS, TOI dan BTO. Data yang diperoleh dari jumlah kunjungan rawat inap tiap bulan masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efisiensi pengelolaan tempat tidur berdasarkan indikator Barber Johnson di RSUI Yakssi Gemolong Sragen tahun 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah rekapitulasi sensus harian rawat inap tahun 2017 dan sempel penelitian merupakan keseluruhan populasi yaitu rekapitulasi SHRI tahun 2017. Pengolahan data yaitu dengan cara pengumpulan data, koreksi data, klasifikasi, tabulasi, perhitungan dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian perhitungan indikator rawat inap BOR, LOS, TOI dan BTO di RSUI Yakssi Gemolong Sragen tahun 2017 menunjukan nilai BOR tertinggi pada bulan Mei sebesar 60.78%. Nilai LOS tertinggi pada bulan Mei sebesar 4.76 hari. Nilai TOI tertinggi pada bulan Agustus sebesar 5.93 hari. Nilai BTO tertinggi pada bulan Desember sebesar 5.15 hari. Hasil tinjauan efisiensi BOR, LOS, TOI dan BTO tahun 2017 belum ada yang efisien.

Abstract

The hospital is a place where health care providers must provide effective and efficient services to patients. The calculation of inpatient bed management efficiency based on the Barber Johnson chart consists of four parameters, namely BOR, LOS, TOI and BTO. Data obtained from the survey of the number of inpatient visits each month are still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of bed management based on Barber Johnson indicator at Yakssi Gemolong Hospital in Sragen in 2017. The research method used is descriptive analysis research, data collection methods using observation and interviews with a retrospective approach. The population in this study is the 2017 inpatient daily census recapitulation and the research sample is the entire population, namely the 2017 SHRI recapitulation. Data processing is by data collection, data correction, classification, tabulation, calculation and presentation of data. The results of the calculation of inpatient indicators of BOR, LOS, TOI and BTO in Yakssi Gemolong Hospital in Sragen in 2017 showed the highest BOR value in May was 60.78%. The highest LOS value in May was 4.76 days. The highest TOI value in August was 5.93 days. The highest BTO value in December was 5.15 days. The results of 2017 efficiency reviews of BOR, LOS, TOI and BTO have not been efficient.
