Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript will undergo a peer review process (single-blind review). The reviewer and the author will maintain the confidentiality of each other's identities. The review process is conducted online by the reviewer, and the results will be communicated to the author via email.

Before publication, each submitted article will go through the following editorial process:

  1. Pre-Review: This includes checking the template, assessing the similarity index, and evaluating the article's eligibility. If the article does not meet the journal's criteria, it will be rejected; if it meets the criteria, it will proceed to the review process. The similarity check is conducted using Turnitin, with a tolerance of 20%. If the result exceeds 20%, the article will be returned to the author for revision.

  2. Review: This involves checking the substance, novelty, and analysis. The reviewer will recommend whether the article should be rejected, revised, or accepted. The review outcomes can be acceptance without revision, acceptance with minor revisions, acceptance with major revisions, or rejection. The maximum review period is 8 weeks after the manuscript's submission. Authors are prohibited from contacting the editor to inquire about the manuscript's status before the 8-week period has passed.

  3. Final Decision: The final decision will be made by the editor, taking into account the reviewers' comments. Authors whose articles are accepted with revisions are expected to make the necessary revisions within the time frame specified by the editorial team.
