Abstract
This study developed a web-based Inventory Information System for Toko LizGlow, a business engaged in selling beauty products such as skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty accessories. The system was designed to address challenges in inventory management, which was previously conducted manually using notebooks and simple spreadsheets, prone to recording errors and data loss. The development methodology used was Waterfall, consisting of stages including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The system's main features include inventory management, low stock notifications, product search by name, code, and category, as well as multi-level access for administrators and employees. The black box testing results showed that all system functions performed as expected. Beta testing conducted on eight respondents resulted in a satisfaction rate of 84%, with scores for ease of use at 88%, information completeness at 88%, system usefulness at 94%, interface simplicity at 84%, menu appropriateness at 88%, and functionality at 90%. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the efficiency of inventory management at Toko LizGlow and support future business growth.
