Abstract

This research explores various aspects of business development strategies implemented by the printing company "Violet Printing" in response to the dynamics of the printing industry. The primary focus of the study is to identify the problems, objectives, methods, and outcomes of these implemented strategies. The encountered issues involve challenges posed by rapid changes in the market and evolving customer needs, coupled with intensified competition. The research aims to analyze the extent to which business development strategies have enabled the company to adapt to these changes and enhance overall performance. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that "Violet Printing" successfully implemented product diversification and service quality improvement strategies, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening the company's market position. However, challenges related to resource management and expansion into new markets were also identified. The study's conclusions provide in-depth insights into the effectiveness of business development strategies in the context of the printing industry, offering recommendations for stakeholders and similar companies to optimize their strategies in the face of evolving market dynamics. This research contributes significantly to both theoretical and practical understandings of business development in the printing sector.
