Abstract

In the digital era like now, advances in technology make it easier to access various things, one of which is online loans. Because of this, technology is sometimes misused by irresponsible individuals, resulting in illegal loans emerging. Illegal loans provide tempting offers with easy conditions and a fast process. Not a few people are interested in accepting these offers, so many people are trapped in illegal loans. This research will discuss students' knowledge of the impact of online loans and look at the influence of statistics on the use of online loans regarding the impact of online loans. Based on the research we have conducted regarding Online Loans through data analysis methods and field surveys that have been carried out at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) 100% of female students have never made an online loan and are not interested in making an online loan 2) 100% of female students know about online loans and their impact 3) The impact of online loans can be proven from the results of interviews with data obtained. 40% of female students answered that access to loans is easy and fast, 12% of female students answered that online loans help when times are urgent, 16% of the answers showed that online loans cause addiction 16% answered that online loans can cause stress, depression and even suicide, and 16% of female students answered that online loans are very disturbing and can make life difficult.
