Abstract

Knowledge of hospital digital governance refers to the understanding staff possess regarding the effective, efficient, and integrated management, utilization, and optimization of hospital information systems. A solid understanding of digital governance can influence the performance of hospital administrative staff in carrying out their administrative duties. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge of hospital digital governance and the performance of hospital administrative staff. A descriptive survey method was employed, utilizing a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional study design. Total sampling was used for both the population and the sample, comprising all seven administrative staff members at Hospital X. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed via the Chi-Square test (specifically the Fisher's Exact Test). The results revealed a significant relationship between knowledge of hospital digital governance and the performance of hospital administrative staff (p = 0.01; p < 0.05). The study concludes that there is a relationship between knowledge of hospital digital governance and the performance of hospital administrative staff.
