Most of the research work was done on describing the security concerns as well as perception of customer towards S-commerce but yet not discovered the ethical values towards Facebook Marketing and what customers actually feel about Facebook Marketing. Due to time constraints, snowball sampling was used to collect the data from the respondents and only 250 respondents were selected for the study, those who were frequently accessing the Facebook and other social platforms for shopping purposes. Prior to actual research, pilot survey was conducted to ensure that all the questions were asked in questionnaire were understandable as well as appropriate for this study. In addition, Cronbach’s Alpha techniques were used to check whether all statements have positively correlated to each other. Therefore, reliability of the statements extracted which allowed us to proceed further for analysis of the data. In this study, three factors were extracted through factor analysis, from the responses of respondents. Based on the variables included in each factor, we labeled for factors as quality services, mechanisms of trust, adoption of Facebook Marketing, prosperity of shopping, flexibility behavior and user friendly. The findings of the study highlighted the importance of quality services offered by the E-Marketers. The websites marketers must be user-friendly so that consumers feel flexible or free to make purchases at low prices. The marketers should be focused on the youth, because youth generation is very much prosperous regarding online shopping, because Facebook Marketing provides varieties of products, lower shipping fee, easily accessibility of products and provide products to their home. Traffic congestion is a condition in transport that is characterised by slower speeds, longer trip times, and increased vehicular queueing. The experience of workers during traffic congestion before attending work could induce stress towards them, hence being assessed in this study. This study aims to assess the relationship between traffic congestion and work productivity. This study was conducted among a total sample of 133 individual workers in Kuala Lumpur which are prone to road traffic congestion in city areas. Raw data were collected in an online standardized survey. Data analysis was done using Microsoft Excel and SPSS using multiple hypotheses testing formula including ANOVA test, Linear Regression Analysis and Correlation Analysis. The findings of this study concluded that the data from all of the tests show consistent results which there is significant relationship between Stress at Work (p-value <0.05) and Road Traffic Congestion (p-value <0.05), but Work Productivity (p-value >0.05) shows insignificance towards the two variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that road traffic congestion causes stress to workers in Kuala Lumpur, but the stress induced from road traffic congestion does not hinder their productivity at work.
IIyas Syafiq D.R Ahmas Buqhari Onery Andy Copyright (c) 2023 2023-09-23 2023-09-23 14 19 10.47701/icohetech.v4i1.3367 SALES TRANSACTION DATA EVALUATION INFORMATION SYSTEM USING CLUSTERING MODEL http://ojs.udb.ac.id/index.php/icohetech/article/view/3368
Sales evaluation exercises at instruments or trading enterprises with many outcomes and components are critical to determining the company's business development. Additionally, indirectly related studies were considered, examining gestational weight gain, physical activity during pregnancy, infant anthropometry, and infant feeding practices. The findings indicate that while there remain challenges such as access to precise instruments and sufficient healthcare personnel, digital technology advancements, including digital health interventions, mobile-based solutions, and digital electrocardiograms, have significantly contributed to improving birth weight data accuracy and low birth weight prevalence. Furthermore, these advancements have also positively impacted other related aspects, such as gestational weight gain and community-based malnutrition screening, which indirectly influence newborn weight and overall infant and child well-being.
