Abstract
Article 28E paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution ("UUD 1945") explains that "everyone is free to embrace religion and worship according to their religion, choose education and teaching, choose a job, choose citizenship, choose a place to live in the territory of the country and leave it. , and have the right to return, ”but the fact is there are some groups of people who do not have the tolerance to freely embrace religion and worship according to their religion. The problem in this research is how tolerance among religious communities in Indonesia is to maintain harmony.
This research method uses a literature approach using secondary data collection. Based on the results of the research, there are still institutions that prohibit their employees from wearing the headscarf while working, they are not given time to pray.
