Abstract

The implementation of traffic on the road often occurs violations of intentional or unintentional traffic violations during traffic. In carrying out traffic activities, there are rights and obligations of the state and citizens in creating safe, orderly and ethical traffic in traffic. In its implementation there are still many violations during traffic. Based on data obtained from the official website of the Surakarta District Court, the results of data analysis showed that there were many cases of traffic violations, this was due to many factors that influenced it. This research shows that the handling, solution, and prevention continue to be carried out by the government until now especially in Surakarta.
