Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between student knowledge and behavior in dealing with the corona virus 2) the relationship between student attitudes towards behavior in dealing with the corona virus, 3) knowledge and attitudes of students towards behavior to face the corona virus. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire method. The tests carried out are description, reliability test, viability test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that most of the samples are female. Most of the respondents live with their parents and receive a monthly allowance, which is mostly used to buy food. Based on the distribution of knowledge, 64.44 percent showed poor attitude, 80 percent showed good attitude and 55 percent showed unfavorable behavior. The reliability test results have a reliability value of 0.715-0.863 which is a high level of reliability. The results of the validity test show that all statement items are said to be valid. The results of the linear regression test show the equation Y = 5,241 - 0.076X1 + 0.472 X2. Based on table T, it shows that knowledge does not affect, while attitudes affect students' behavior against the corona virus. The results of the F test show significant results, which means that knowledge and attitudes have a significant effect on student behavior in dealing with the corona virus. Based on Table 6 shows that the coefficient of determination (R Square) in this study is 0.362 (36.2 percent). The results of this correlation coefficient show a low relationship. The conclusions in this study are: 1) Knowledge does not affect student behavior in dealing with the corona virus, 2) attitudes affect student behavior in dealing with the corona virus and 3) knowledge and attitudes jointly affect student behavior in dealing with the corona virus. The suggestion in this study is that further research is needed on the factors that influence student behavior in dealing with the corona virus.
