Abstract

Performance is a set of results achieved, referring to the achievement of a job or task requested. Performance indicators as an effort to create a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance require synergy that is indirectly influenced by the BElief System variables so as to support the competitiveness of entrepreneursa. The purpose of this study is to examine how the indirect influence of belief system studies so that it can improve the performance of entrepreneursha studenta. The research method used tested the validity and reliability of the indirect influence of the independent variable belief system on student entrepreneurial performance. The analysis tool used is a statistical test using SMART PLS version 4.0. Sampling was carried out by random sampling of the population of all student entrepreneurs in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Many samples amounted to 100 respondents. The result of this study is that belief system as a mediating variable directly affects the entrepreneurial performance of Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur students.
